Hello, I'm HM — a Singapore-based photographer and digital creator with a love for capturing life as it actually happens.
I specialise in live events, concerts, and intimate celebrations — the kind of moments where energy, emotion, and authenticity unfold in real time, and no two frames ever look quite the same. Whether it's a performer commanding the stage in a wash of light and sound or a mother orangutan shielding her baby in the hush of the forest, I'm drawn to the same thing: the split second before it's gone.
My photography journey began in 2020, when the world grew quiet during the COVID-19 years and human connection felt fragile. In that stillness, I discovered how precious a single moment could be. Photography became my way of holding onto what might otherwise quietly slip away. Out of that discovery, guided by a love for the real, the unpolished, and the quietly alive, #thestoryoflittleveg began to take shape.
To me, this work is more than imagery. It's an act of reverence for life's impermanence — a reminder to pause, notice, and cherish the beauty in the ordinary, the quiet truths that so often go unseen. In a world that moves too quickly to look back, I try to slow it down, one frame at a time, preserving these transient moments as visual artefacts that carry the memory forward long after the moment itself is gone.
With over 10 years of experience in Marketing, I bring more than an eye for a good frame — I understand what a moment needs to say, and who it needs to say it to. Whether I'm documenting a large-scale national event or someone's most personal milestone, my commitment stays the same: to create images that feel alive — not just in the instant they're taken, but for every time they're looked at again.
